Closing Time Technologies LLC ("CTT," "we," "us," or "our") operates the TipSplit mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

TipSplit is designed to work without requiring an account or personal information. We collect only the following:

• Device Identifiers: Advertising ID (Android) used solely for serving ads through Google AdMob.
• Crash and Performance Data: Anonymous crash logs and diagnostics to help us fix bugs and improve reliability.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.

2. How We Use Information

• Advertising: Device advertising IDs are used by Google AdMob to display ads within the free version of the App. You may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
• App Improvement: Crash logs help us identify and fix issues to improve the App experience.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

4. Data Storage

All tip calculations, split history, and user preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your calculation data.

5. Children's Privacy

TipSplit is rated for Everyone (3+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account creation or submission of any personal data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. Device identifiers are shared only with Google AdMob for the sole purpose of serving advertisements.

7. Your Choices

• Opt out of personalized ads: Go to your device Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• Remove all local data: Uninstall the App to delete all locally stored data.
• Upgrade to remove ads: TipSplit Plus removes all advertisements and ad-related data collection.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through third-party services. Since no personal data is collected or stored on our servers, your privacy risk is minimal.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
